You can track your Pelcare order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, where available.
Track with PostNL
Most Pelcare orders are shipped from the Netherlands with PostNL.
To track your parcel, please visit the PostNL Track & Trace page and enter your tracking code and the postal code used for your delivery address.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Your tracking code can be found in the shipping confirmation email you receive after your order has been shipped.
PostNL tracking codes often start with characters such as 3S or 2S.
I have not received tracking information yet
If you have not received tracking information yet, your order may still be processing.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.
